Two more awesome Women Who Ski trips took place in 2026, both at our amazing Lodge @ 47 which has the most incredible pool and spa facilities and is large enough to host 34 women on each sell-out trip!
Ladies, you were all amazing!
Lucy from Kaluma and Zoe de Pass, founder of Zoë de Pass Eyewear & DRESS LIKE A MUM welcomed familiar skiers and boarders from previous trips and lots of lovely newbies too. Everyone as always gels so well. Skiing, snowboarding, chats, good food and drinks seems to have that effect on women, and Zoe and I feel so lucky to be able to pull such an incredible group of women together time and time again.
The January trip in was a four-night stay (3 days skiing) and the March trip was a three-night stay (2 days skiing) – next year we shall be making both four night stays – the WWS community calls for it, so we are going to make it happen! Both trips in 2026 were hosting in the stunning Chalet 47, St Anton.
The gods delivered for both trips, and we had sunshine and blue skies, albeit a slightly snowy start to January’s trip – but all that fresh fluffy snow was so enjoyed once the clouds cleared by the end of day one.
Intersport Arlberg our loyal and trusted partner had the girls kitted out in the latest and greatest ski and snowboarding gear and Ski School Arlberg provided the very best guides and instructors catering for advanced to novice skiers. Their partnership on this event is crucial to our being able to run these trips and we cannot thank them and the awesome instructors enough. Their patience, enthusiasm and local knowledge helped everyone to build confidence and improve their technique – you are simply the best.
Each day the group was split amongst guides and instructors ensuring no one had to take to a piste map to waste their days navigating! As the mileage was gained the memories were made – taking in breathtaking views of the Arlberg and leaving all our stresses behind.
The girls enjoyed beautiful lunches at mountain restaurants including the infamous Hospiz Alm, Griabli’s fabulous terrace and apres ski at Krazy Kangaruh and the Mooserwirt. Delicious four-course dinners and lovely wines set the scene for evenings at the chalet and January’s trip had one night out where we went to Bifang Alm, reached only by snowcat through the darkness up rendl mountain. The journey was an adventure, followed by a cosy mountain dinner of cheese fondue and meats cooked on hot stones.
After so many years of hosting these trips, it is the women who join us who continue to make them so special. To everyone who came along, whether for the first time or as a returning member of our WWS community, thank you for the laughter, friendship and memories. We can’t wait to welcome you back!
