We believe one of the great luxuries of a private ski chalet is having the holiday arranged around you. Great skiing, wonderful food, generous hospitality and time with the people you have chosen to travel with – all looked after by a team whose job is to make everything feel effortless.
Our guests travel from all over the world and no two groups are quite the same. We welcome families spending valuable time together, friends celebrating a special occasion, parents skiing with their children and grandparents, as well as corporate groups bringing colleagues or clients to the mountains. That is why we have never believed in a completely one-size-fits-all approach to chalet service.
When you stay in a Kaluma chalet, you are staying in a chalet that we operate ourselves, with our own team delivering our own style of hospitality. Depending on your chosen level of service, this can include private chefs, chalet hosts, daily housekeeping, resort drivers, generous food and drink, open bars and plenty of bubbles – all supported by our experienced concierge team before, during and after your stay.
Our approach has always been one of generous, flexible luxury. We want you to feel at home in the chalet, while enjoying the service and attention that makes being on holiday feel completely different from being at home.
Whether you are a large family, a smaller group of friends or organising a corporate ski trip, we will help shape the service around your group. *Not all our guests feel comfortable having staff in their rooms on a daily basis. As a minimum your room will be tidied up each morning. Please advise your concierge if this will not be required or if a more thorough clean is preferred.

**Check-in is from 16.00 and check-out by 10.00.** As our chalets are exclusively yours, early check-ins and late check-outs are not possible, allowing our team time to fully prepare the chalet between guests.

Renovated in 2020 to a very modern, chic design boasting 12 bedrooms. Lots of open space and high ceilings and beautifully decorated, the chalet is complete with cinema/TV snug and open bar. In 2024 a full spa renovation added an incredible day spa, with pool, hot tub, sauna and sream rooms. A boutique chalet that is perfect for groups.
