With our regular guests of many nationalities, travelling from all over the world, looking to enjoy valuable family time, to celebrate with loved ones, to ski with your children or grandchildren, to re-connect with work colleagues, to reward the loyalty of regular clients – Kaluma have aimed to not only continue to offer our unique style of service but to look at how we can improve and offer you exactly what you want. That is why all our holidays are bespoke to each individual group, we arrange them just the way you want them. After all, it is YOUR holiday.
We have refined our service and continue with our flexible approach to make each and every holiday bespoke to you. Whether a large family, small family, group of friends or a work trip, we will ensure we have you covered. This flexibility allows us to continue to offer our beautiful, luxurious chalets with a service to match. Our approach to service and hospitality has always been “all inclusive luxury”. We aim to cover all your needs, from delicious, gourmet food from our kitchens, to the open bars and endless champagne bubbles. Our concierge service is second to non and our resort knowledge is impeccable. Our full concierge service, pre, during and post trip is readily available for all our guests.

*Not all our guests feel comfortable having staff in their rooms on a daily basis. As a minimum your room will be tidied up each morning. Please advise your concierge if this will not be required or if a more thorough clean is preferred.
Staffing &
Check In/Check Out
We remain as flexible as possible in regards to our staffing situation.
Check in is permitted from 16.00 on the afternoon of arrival.
Check out is expected at 10.00 on the morning of departure.
We cannot allow a crossover of guests in our private chalets, therefore late checkouts and early check ins are not possible. The time is needed to safely changeover the whole chalet.
