It's all about skiing 21/22 The current winter season is now (almost) officially a non starter, in terms of skiing at least.
Winter 20/21
Winter 21/22
In the Austrian Alps the last announcement made by government was that there will be no “hospitality or tourism” until at least Easter. On the back of this announcement many hotels across the Austrian Alps officially announced their closure for this, soon to be forgotten, winter season. In the increasingly unlikely event that we are able to open our private luxury chalets in April, we will of course be ready to serve.
The French Alps have a slightly different outlook and resorts have allowed private houses / chalets to open for business. Infact we have been delighted to welcome guests to Chalet La Colombe in Courchevel. Any requests we have for the remainder of this winter season have been from French families, travelling within France. The season for international tourists, due to the restrictions is as good as over.
The main reason for coming to the alps in the winter is skiing / snowboarding. It is the prevention of these specific activities that have all but finished the season off. With the lift systems in Austria originally opened for locals and day trippers only, politics got in the way and forced closure of these lift systems. France has never had the lift system open for this winter season, preventing any real ski or snowboarding from taking place. HOWEVER – that doesn’t mean there is nothing to do. If you could actually get to a French resort there is still ski touring, hiking, biking, cross country skiing and simply enjoying the beauty of the mountains All while relaxing in a safe and secure, luxury chalet – the escapism that you deserve.

Winter 21/22, in our minds, is already underway. Optimism and confidence is high for next winter and we have no doubt there is a nagging urge for everyone to come skiing. To enjoy what they love and to experience the best of what is on offer.
Our Chalet Collection; La Colombe and Montana in Courchevel1850 and The Montfort, Chalet 53, Eden Rock and Chalet 47 in St Anton am Arlberg, having been empty for almost a year are ready and waiting.

Chalets for 21/22 are starting to fill up fast
As a direct result of rolling over cancelled bookings from the past 2 winters, many dates are automatically booked up and already taken for skiing 21/22. Peak weeks, like Christmas and New Year are already in high demand as families look to spend the festive season celebrating in style.
Larger groups, with parties, celebrations, birthdays, reunions are being planned and we have been delighted to help accommodate these requests. We have the perfect sized properties.
Of course, if you just love skiing, the alps, the snow, the beauty of the mountains and the buzz of a busy resort, then we can help you get back to doing what you love, with the people you love.
We look forward to hearing from you and we look forward to helping you get skiing once again. As soon as you are ready to book, we are here to help.
With kind regards
Andy & Richard
