The World Ski Awards 2020

Since Covid-19 and the world wide pandemic closed down almost every ski resort in the world, it has been such a hard time for this industry.

With over 70 countries around the world offering ski resorts and ski services and with over 130 million snowsport tourists each year this industry has learnt to be resilient.

With so many beautiful resorts and so many great tour operators and agents. With a varied market from cheap, affordable package trips to get people to start skiing to sublime decadence and always pushing the boundaries of luxury ski holidays there is something for everyone. From Bed and Breakfasts, Self-Catering, Apartments, Air B&B, Luxury Igloos, Luxury Chalets, Incredibly Luxurious Chalets, Boutique Hotels, 6 star luxury and amazing ski experiences. The whole range of accommodation is covered in many resorts.

The World Ski Awards has become a leading body in not only providing a platform for companies to shine and show their product, but in recognizing the contributions made to this wonderful industry.

With a large array of awards on offer, no piste is left untouched (so to speak!).

We know the competition is tough, as it is very year, and we truly mean to give credit to all the amazing, stunning, beautiful properties on the rental market. We are very proud to sit amongst the very best the industry has to offer.

The very same can be set about the Tour Operators – all of whom deserve the utmost credit and applause for dealing with this pandemic in the professional way they have. All of whom we hope fight another day and continue to offer holidays, whatever their level and whatever their market place to keep this wonderful industry moving in the right direction.
